I will highlight my favorite ways to use lavender oil:
I like to add 2-3 drops of lavender oil to the wrists, nope of neck and at bedtime to soles of feet. The calming effects can be felt immediately. I also like to drop 1-2 drops to palms of my hands, rub together and inhale the scent via cupped hands. This inhalation method drawallows the scent and chemical properties to go straight to the brain and instantly calm emotions. the scent all the way into your in your brain to calm the mind. It's a wonderful tool to carry with you especially for commuting, crowded spaces. When stressed a few drops of lavender make me feel I'm in my own personal spa resort.
